Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to VisLegis. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your organization.
Service and authorized use
VisLegis provides workflow software for legal-service organizations. You are responsible for authorized account use, accurate information, appropriate access assignments, lawful communications, and maintaining the confidentiality of authentication and recovery credentials.
No legal advice
VisLegis is software and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, jurisdiction-specific conclusions, or professional judgment. Firms and their attorneys remain responsible for conflicts, deadlines, legal content, client communications, document review, trust accounting, and compliance with professional and legal obligations.
Client relationships
Submitting an intake, scheduling a consultation, uploading a document, or using a portal does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship is formed only according to the responsible law firm’s engagement process.
Third-party services
Optional or operational integrations may include Google Calendar, Resend, IONOS, and other providers. Their services are governed by their own terms. You authorize VisLegis to transmit the limited data needed to perform actions you request through those integrations.
Security and acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, interfere with availability, probe other organizations’ data, or use VisLegis unlawfully. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Availability and changes
We work to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve as security, legal, and operational requirements change. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the service or an appropriate contact channel.
